Description of Policy from Merchant:
I want you to be happy with your purchase! Artwork can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price paid. I will retain a small fee to pay for the return shipping. For custom orders and acrylic prints I will retain 20%. Your return should be undamaged and in the original packaging. Send me an email with your order number and we will work out the details.
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or flawed, it will be replaced at no cost to you. My print provider does their utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully to arrive safely at their destination. However, sometimes damage can occur in shipping. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING, take photos, of the damage done to both packaging and artwork, and send me an email with the photos, details and your order number and I will take care of it!
